Our hot trays are ideal as either a side dish or entree. We start the Italian meat hot trays with our Marisa Brand Sausage or Meatballs, which are some of the finest quality and delicious Italian meats around. Then, we smother them with a mouth-watering, authentic, homemade Italian spaghetti sauce. Add a focaccia bread tray (which is a must for sauce dipping) and a green salad or relish tray and you are set. Get ready for the compliments!
